Then we have a few ideas for your ideal or fantasy baseball team logos that will set you apart from the crowd.

1. Combine the three basic elements for your logo –base ball, baseball bat and diamond:

What are the three basic things that you need to play baseball?

A baseball bat, ball and a diamond shaped field.

You can combine the three things in your logo design to give it a sporty look or you can use a combination of two of them. For example, you can shape your symbol like a diamond and illustrate an image of a ball in it or you can use an illustration of two intersecting bats instead. Shaping the crest like a diamond has been a popular choice for the sports monograms for quite some time now.

2. Use your location for inspiration:

Are your players patriotic?

Then why not use that in the logo design? Have you seen the New York Yankees emblem?

They have put a subtle nationalistic touch to the image by using the national flag stripes and stars in the top hat.

Using a nationalistic touch for your symbol enhances its aggressive appeal for the fans and also represents association with its homeland on an international level. Here, you can use the national flag colors and patterns, a famous local monument or scenery that signifies your country. You can even use an official animal or a bird in the brand mark.

3. Use of fierce animals or birds attributes for your emblem:

Fierce creatures are the perfect to be associated with sports or any other industry that consists of aggression and violence. If you want to create a sign that should intimidate your opponents or impress your fans, then using fierce creatures is the way to go. To select the right animal for you, browse through the internet and see if the attribute of a fierce creature matches your players’ personalities.

Are your players known for their speed on the field? If so, then you can use a cheetah or a jaguar?

4. Use of team initials:

Another great idea is to use squad initials for your free baseball team logos. But instead of placing the initial simply, you can get creative. Use small symbols and images to accompany your emblem.

For example, how about using angelic wings or devilish horns with the initial? Does your squad name begin with the letter T? Then how about making the letter look like a sword? Experiment and get creative with the designs.
