Is it difficult to find proper gym workouts? Are you noticing an overwhelming plethora of information that deal with gym workouts. Let me be the first to tell you that not all the information that you find will be credible and accurate. I say this because everyone has different goals that they are trying to achieve. This naturally means that not all gym workouts will benefit everyone.

You will need to customise your own workout routine depending on what your aims are if there is any assurance that you are lead in the right direction. I’ll break it down for you, if your desired ambition is weight loss and you are continuously building fat in the gym, these gym workouts aren’t working towards your goal, therefore achieving nothing.

I can tell you for a fact that 90% of people in the gym do not have a clear target or goal that they are aiming for. Most gym members more or less always do what they enjoy in the gym or else they are just copying other people routines. For example you will always notice the bench press machine and dumbbell machine always in use. Most of the users of such machines do not even need to be there but because they are familiar with or see others using it they feel inclined to use it too.

The Following Is a Brief Rundown of Exercises that Can Help You Lose Weight and Get Lean

As I had mentioned earlier you need to be aware what you goals are. Since there are numerous goals to be achieved I will give you a run down of gym workouts targeted to losing weight.

There are 3 main exercises that can help you shred fat and get lean fast.

• Interval Training ( HITTS)

• Turbulence Training

• Full Body Workouts

When it comes to interval training it is best to do this on tracks or an open ground. The idea is to get your heart rate up and working in its optimal zone. Try running for 30 seconds and resting for 15 seconds. Always use this 2:1 ratio when doing interval. For beginners you could do a 1:2 ratio. I recommend doing intervals for at least 20 minutes and in 3 sets.

Different intervals of full body workouts are conducted in the gym. The idea is to work through numerous exercises with minimal rest. Squats, dead lifts, lunges, steps ups, bench presses, barbell rows etc are some of the best full body exercises to work through in order to lose weight.

Ensure to only have 30 seconds break in between exercises. Work through a total of at least 7 exercises at 2x12 reps with 30 seconds before changing exercises. These gym workouts are not only targeted towards losing weight but will also produce results if you efforts are consistent.
