Access your "personal secretary" who will draft documents, schedule travel, send packages and FedEx, and provide the full range of business support services. Schedule your office when you need it, including phone, fax and a computer with T-2 internet access. Also, you will have access to their full range of business support services including faxing, scanning, conference calling, courier services, color printing, binding, etc.

Basically, four packages are available for the Virtual Office Program with the following benefits:

• Telephone Services: A personal telephone number will be assigned to you with personally answered, computer supported receipt of calls that allows for client-directed processing of callers.
• Seamless patching of incoming calls to remote locations.
• Private Voice Mailbox with 24/7 access.
• Reception services from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday (except holidays)
• Free coffee and tea while in your office, work station, or conference room.
• Access to business equipment, copiers, and fax.
• Daily receipt of mail and small packages. (Not Available in Virtual Office Program #2)
• Locking mailboxes. (Not Available in Virtual Office Program #2)
• Mailing Address (not a P.O. Box) (Not Available in Virtual Office Program #2)
• Ability to rent conference rooms at in-house pricing levels. (Not Available in Virtual Office Program #2)
• Additional support services available at additional costs. (Not Available in Virtual Office Program #2)
• 9 hours of conference room time which can be used in either of the two conference rooms or the daily office ( as available) (Available only in Virtual Office Program #2 and Virtual Office Program #3)
• 16 hours of conference room time which can be used in either of the two conference rooms or the daily office ( as available) (Available only in Virtual Office Program #4)
