Peer harassment is a problem that is become more intensive in recent years. Facebook is channel that is also used in purpose of bullying.

Peer harassment is the problem that is increasing in recent years, it is more visible, the more it is talked about, but what is most concerning is that it has become much more intensive . Using the Internet, particularly social networks, only increases harassment, and psychologists say that it is important for parents to gain the trust of their children so children can talk about problems more freely.

SCHOOL - According to one study, as much as 44 percent of children have suffered some form of violence during the school. More alarming is the fact that 65 percent of children have been harassed at least once during the three months. Here is the question how to identify a problem if a child does not talk with their parents. Psychologist in one school said: “ in the school has always been harassment, but it is now more visible and more drastic”.

In the past it was all happening live, when children meet, but today the internet just opened another channel. It is not uncommon for someone to attach various clips to Facebook that, unfortunately, have purpose of bullying. Anything can be seen, from gossip and social exclusion, blackmail, to physical abuse. It is important for parents to talk to their children about events at school, but that should be not simple conversation like this: "What are your grades?”. If there is a built trust, the child will open by itself.

Seven signs that your child is bullied at school

SIGNALS - peer harassment in schools is increasing and is beginning to happen in earlier grades. How can parents recognize that their child is a victim of bullying at school?

Some possible signs are :

1.   A sudden drop in grades. In many forms of abuse victim feels a constant fear. Thinking more about when one of the friends will begin to harass him, then on what is happening in class.

2. When a child begins to behave badly towards younger brothers and sister....

3. When he starts to talk more often that he is not feeling well and that he do not want to go to school. When child start to look negatively on school and asks you to come and pick him up earlier.

4. Bruises or injuries. Although it happens that every child gets often bruise or injury, if you start to notice they bruises and your little one avoids telling you how he get it.

5. If they no longer want to buy a snack or demands to make him particular sandwich, he may seize food at school.

6. Sudden changes in mood. A child who is the victim of harassment is under great emotional and mental stress; cannot wait to get home, and when he gets home, emotions are beginning to thrive.

7. Changes in eating and sleeping. A child who is abused can begin to lose appetite or to move to the other extreme - lot of eating. Also, insomnia or nightmares can begin to torment him.
