The ITIL V3 training courses that Ashford Global IT offers consist of four levels of training. The first level is an awareness course. The capability stream consists of four individual certificates that are based loosely around the V2 Clustered Practitioner qualifications.

The next level is the expert course. This course is known as the Managing Across the Lifecycle course and is the last module of the Service Lifecycle and also the last module of the Service Capability Intermediate course. Either of these courses leads to the ITIL Expert in IT Service in management recognition.
